With some changes to the way Studio analyses your content and creates Attention Scores, some older Studies may need to be recreated to access this feature.

Attention Scores are calculated by taking the headline KPI from the Areas of Interest, Hotspots, and Context reports respectively. The Attention Score takes each of these values and aggregates them to provide you a single score for each piece of content uploaded. Therefore, it is vital only one of these KPIs are present in each study to correctly calculate the Attention Score.

If you have a Study set up prior to the release of Studio 2.10.0 (April 21st 2024), then it is possible duplicate reports are present. Any Studies with multiple reports will NOT be able to calculate Attention Scores. The individual report KPIs are available, but the Attention Scorecard, and the Presentation export will be unavailable.

To access these new features, a new Study must be created. If you'd like any support recreating previous Studies, or have any questions about accessing Attention Scores, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, or contact us directly at [email protected].
