Memory Metric
The Memory Score shows how effectively an asset is likely to be stored in memory – a key driver of creative effectiveness. This is expressed as a percentage.
The overall score combines memorability of core elements that reflect different parts of your asset:
Visual Memory 🖼️ – memorability of imagery and visual elements
Text Memory 📝 – memorability of text such as headlines, claims and CTAs.
Branding Memory 🏷️ – memorability of branding assets including logos.
Each KPI (visual, text, branding) is scored on a 5‑point scale, from very strong to very weak.

Visual Memory captures how likely the visual elements of your asset are to be remembered.
How does it work?
Dragonfly AI analyses each visual Area of Interest using scientifically proven memory-enhancing universal characteristics such as clarity, simplicity, and symmetry.
Text Memory 📝
Text Memory measures how likely the written content of your asset is to be remembered.
How does it work?
The model evaluates linguistic features that are scientifically proven to universally strengthen memory retention — such as rhythm, rhyme, phrasing patterns, and language simplicity. For example, “Thank Heaven for 7 Eleven” or “Beanz Meanz Heinz”.
Branding Memory 🏷️
Branding Memory reflects how effectively the brand elements of your asset will be remembered.
How does it work?
The model evaluates the scientifically proven, universal factors influencing the likelihood branding elements will be remembered, for example placement, prominence, distinctiveness, and repetition, compared to other areas of interest. This reveals whether viewers are likely to remember your brand itself.
