How to Log In to DragonflyAI: A Step-by-Step Guide

How to login into studio 3.0

You will receive an invitation to log in via email. This will provide a link to your account along with your temporary password (see example below). If you can’t see the email, please check your junk or contact [email protected]

Once you sign in using the temporary password, you'll be asked to create your account by adding your username and creating your password.


Login and password troubleshooting

To reset your password follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the user menu dropdown in the main navigation bar

  2. Choose Profile

  3. Choose Change password

  4. Enter your current password

  5. Enter a new password

  6. Enter your new password again to confirm

  7. Click Update to complete the update

What is SSO?

Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to access multiple applications with one set of login credentials. This means you can log in once and gain access to all connected systems without needing to log in again for each application, leading to enhanced security and efficiency.

How SSO Works for Dragonfly AI Users

  • Login Page: Visit the Dragonfly AI login page.

  • Provider Selection: Choose from the listed SSO providers.

  • SSO Option: Click the "Continue with SSO ->" link under the login form.

  • Authentication: Authenticate via the selected provider.

  • Access Granted: You will be redirected back to Dragonfly AI, logged in and ready to use.

  1. How do I know if my organization supports SSO with DragonflyAI? Your IT department or system administrator can confirm if your organization supports SSO with Dragonfly AI.

  1. What should I do if I encounter issues with SSO? If you experience any issues, please contact your IT department or Dragonfly AI support.

  1. Can I still use my Dragonfly AI username and password if I prefer not to use SSO? Yes, you can choose to use your Dragonfly AI username and password instead of SSO at any time.


Dragonfly 2FA

After logging in with your username and password, you have the option to either

  • Be guided through the process of setting up an authenticator app

  • Skip straight to the QR code

We recommend reaching out to your IT team to see if there is a chosen authenticator app for your organisation. Some popular apps include Google, Microsoft, and Authy.

You will have three minutes to scan the QR code given and enter the 6-digit verification number, as represented by the timer on screen. Failing to scan the QR in this time limit results in an invalid code - this will result in a timeout page and you will be pushed back to the start. You will still have the option to see the set up key if you wish.

After following all these steps correctly, you should enter your email and password once more, followed by a secure code from your authenticator app. You will then enter the platform!
