If you're new to Dragonfly, this is a great place to start. In this article we'll help you to:


Getting Setup

To get started you'll need an invite which your get via email. This will provide a link to your account along with your temporary password. The email example is shown below and if you can't see it check your junk or get in touch through you Customer Success Manager of [email protected].

Once you sign in using the temporary password, you'll be asked to create your account by adding your username and creating your password.

You can then access your account. Depending on your license options we recommend selecting the Studio, where you can continue with your setup for the rest of the product suite.


Invite your team

Now that you are setup, you can invite your team.

To do this, you need to go to the Admin portal (1), select the user menu (2) and select invite a user (3).

Book in your training

If you are new to the tool we recommend reading through the Academy to get a better understanding of the product and its various applications. You can get to know Dragonfly and Explore the use case library using the links below.

For full training we recommend booking 1 hour; please add comments so that the team know who will be attending and your intended use of the product.

E.g.

  • The team attending the call will be the design team.
  • We will be using Dragonfly AI to validate our product packaging.
